I want to sign up for a new user. It takes me to register. But when I click register it does not respond. Why is that? What should I do? Is there any problem in my Chrome settings. I have tried with Internet Explorer, but it is not helping me.

It's not you. The Register button is having problems. When clicked, it simply refreshes the website. There is no way you can create an account at this time. However, if you want you can contact the developer at the following page. There is an online form you can use to send him an email.

Please check your firewall to see if the application is allowed to communicate to the Internet then try to use the web interface to log in to your account. If the passwords you have don't work, you can use "Forget a password?" feature that is available on the same Login page.
